    Today when I was looking under the cover at the rod/cam for the PV I did notice the bolt underneath was about half way out. I got it back in and tight enough for now. I did notice some horizontal play in the PV when moving the arm to tighten the lower bolt. Is there supposed to be play or did the PV slot get wallowed out while the bolt was loose? The manual says nothing about play in the PV.

    Hey guys, I opened my cover after I installed the q pipe and my setup looks just like the pictures above.. Is that how its supposed to look after the adjustment for the pipe? if yes then was mine out already and now it doesnt need to be moved at all....

    Baldy,
    They will all look like that if installed right, what you adjust is the spring on the other side of the motor.

    what happens if you don't adjust powervalve for Q pipe.

    The motor will have a soft spot in the powerband right before it comes on the pipe.
