Maybe the DG carb kit on it. It's a 20mm keihn.
I don't remember messing with a air screw on that but I could be wrong.

I looked at the PE20mm Keihn that I have. It does have a air screw. Must be what was on the machine you worked on WTK.
FYI: if you run across someone that wants one (20mm carb) for their LT/KFX, do them a favor and tell em not to waste money on it.

I installed the new jet rode down the road it started bogging when I got to 1/4 throttle. It would die if I didn't let off...put stock jet in did same thing....so pulled the carb and there was a little chunk of deposits from the bowl in the black jet cover deal. So I cleaned it out good and it started running great. Installed motionpro fuel shutoff. Turned it off over night. Just went out and it fired right up!! The shutoff solved the problem!! It has never started that easily.
So it's really an issue with the float needle not shuting flow off???

Thanks again to everyone for the advice!!!!

For many yes. Petcock issue, hydraulic weight of the fuel, or the float needle...
Whatever, the on/off usually fixxes it.
    Glad it worked.

Hey grk, I didn't realize where in Ahia yinz lived. I'm thinkin about heading up to Da Burg to get me one of dem pirmanni's sammitches. Oh an go Stillers!! Sorry, had to throw out a little pittsburghese. I was born in Pittsburgh but raised right across the river from you in Wheeling. My parents still live there. They drive right by you every Sunday on their way up to the Serbian Orthodox church in Steubenville. I'll have to bring the quad back one weekend and do some local riding with ya. Where do you ride at around there?

I installed a Lt160 fuel petcock on my lil 80 because it has a off position unlike the factory vaccum operated petcock. It fixed my problem but i just hate having to turn the fuel off every time I shut it down.
